Shipping, Refunds / Returns & Pre-Order Policy
14 Day Return Policy (Product Guarantee)
At Blindfury Collectables, we’re collectors too—and we know how important it is that your products arrive in top condition. Every order is hand-picked and carefully packed so that your cards and accessories arrive safe, sound, and ready to be enjoyed or displayed.
If your item arrives damaged in transit or with a clear manufacturing defect that affects its intended use, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Our support team will do their best to get back to you within 24–48 hours.
To request a return or refund, you’ll need to provide your order number, your name, and clear photographs showing the issue with the item or parcel. We’ll review your claim and offer the best solution—whether that’s a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Please note:
Damage that occurs during delivery is not guaranteed to qualify for a refund or replacement unless we determine it occurred before shipment.
If damage is caused by postal handling (e.g. Australia Post), you may need to seek compensation directly from the carrier.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns for change of mind on TCG items including booster packs, boxes, and bundles.
Defective Products
If your product is clearly defective or significantly damaged in a way that affects its usability, we may offer a refund, exchange, or replacement—pending a review. We do not cover minor cosmetic issues such as:
Slight box dents, creases, or scuff marks
Minor paint variances or sticker misprints
Differences between product images and final packaging
If a defect is approved, we may:
Provide a return shipping label, or
Reimburse shipping once the item is returned and confirmed
Please ensure you contact us before sending anything back—we cannot reimburse shipping unless the return has been pre-approved.
Change of Mind
There is no return or exchange for Change of Mind.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Please note:
Discounted orders will only be refunded for the amount paid after the discount
The 10% cancellation fee applies to all change-of-mind refunds, including pre-orders
In some cases, refunds may be issued via store credit or gift card, especially for aged orders
If you've opened a chargeback or PayPal dispute, we cannot process a refund until it’s resolved. Please contact us first—we’re here to help and will do our best to work with you.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. Product pages include an estimated time of arrival (ETA), which is provided by our distributor. This date may change, and Blindfury Collectables is not responsible for delays.
We process pre-orders within 3–5 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse. If your ETA has passed but the item still shows a pre-order status, it is still awaiting arrival from our supplier.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier error or stock shortages, we’ll offer you a full refund.
